Train Your Mind to Train Your Body is written to guide you as you refine your mental fitness to enhance your performance.  Key understandings are that judgement can change to observation, observation can improve the ability to focus, and focus is gained through training awareness and attention.

Athletes in particular have the exceptional aptitude and ability to connect mind and body through the breath. To do so, it takes clarity of mind, stamina, patience, and a peaceful mind. Train Your Mind to Train Your Body provides tools to access the entry point to gaining a peaceful mind. Tailored to suit individual preferences and needs you can choose from a variety of consideration through texts, theoretical explanations, practical exercises, and stories told to illustrate the points made.

Much like general training in the gym, you can use the tools offered for your specific sport: your mind can be trained for any sport and endeavor.

Three clearly divided steps are taken from your development in sport and transferred into three practical steps to train the mind:
